Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy • We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Notice must be given during clinic opening hours: • Tuesday – Thursday: 10am – 8pm • Friday: 9am – 5pm • Saturday: 9am – 6pm • Cancellations or rescheduling outside these hours will result in loss of the session or a 100% charge. • No-shows will also result in loss of the session or a 100% charge. Refund Policy • You have 24 hours to cancel your service from the time of payment, as long as: • You have not yet undergone a patch test or treatment. • If either has taken place, you forfeit your right to cancel. • Deposits are non-refundable. Punctuality and Payment I must arrive on time for my appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, forfeiting the session, or incurring a 100% charge. Payment Plans: • Individual payment plans are subject to price increases throughout the treatment course. • Pre-paid packages are exempt from price increases. • Payment plans and individual sessions must be paid one session in advance. • Courses of 6 must be paid in full at consultation or split into three payments. • All pricing options will be discussed during consultation.
